Each resistor comes with a mounting kit for a verical and horizontal installation
The resistors PEVR the ability to adjust the resistance by moving the clamp
Made in USSR. New, old stock.
Applications include cathode resistors on valve output stages, power supplies, valve anode or emitter resistors and in speaker crossover networks.
These resistors utilize high quality resistance wire wound on a ceramic core, terminated, and finished with green non-flammable enameled glass for protecting the wires and keeping them in place thus protecting it against microphony effects.
These ceramic bodied wirewounds are a popular choice for D.I.Y. tube audio projects, especially in tube amp power supplies.
